Very poor quality it folded like tin foil within minutes before we could even put all the sides on The only communication received after bringing this to their attention was can I supply my post code, then nothing!

The product purchased was over £600. When your paying that type of money you expect it to be delivered in perfect condition

Still waiting for resolution. The item purchased was delivered damaged so was rejected as advised by the delivery driver. You can not trust their word, they said they will send out a new boxed item for the damaged one but House of tents just re-boxed all the bits they could find and re-shipped in a random box. Over 60% of the hardware is missing. House of Tents treat customers as idiots and also they are not based in the UK so they have not stock in hand. They have zero regard for their customers time and expect you to do all the work to fix their mistakes. When you complain you get told that no one is around to make decisions and that if you want your money back you have to take more time off work to help with the return of the rubbish they have shipped out and this is your problem and not thiers.

I ordered a 6x8 marquee it arrived in good timing of three working days.. I have a problem with the packaging which it came in.. The boxes are damaged and not sure if any of the items are missing untill I set it up.. The packaging is held together with sellotape.. The courier explained he had to retape the bixes because they were falling apart

At their request I refused delivery of an incorrect item on Feb 22nd. Now on March 14th I am still awaiting a refund and they say they are following procedure. It does not take this long to arrange a refund so I can only assume the policy is not to honour their side. Be careful. I

I am still awaiting a refund of invoice 700952803 from Feb 22nd , a delivery which was refused on instructions from House of Tents having sent the wrong colour, I have paid for and received the correct colour but I am still awaiting the refund-now 18 days!

Tent broke after a couple of weeks and they said we couldn't exchange it as there was no warranty

Parcels open on delivery useless parcel delivery service. First batch sent back half the order arrived and that parcel was busted. Second try two parcels arrived ok welll packed the other busted open with parts missind .check the photo this is how it arrived in the delivery truck parts missing. I am waiting for the parts missing to arrive. On reflection i wished i had not bothered buying

Took House of Tents three deliveries to get a complete tent to me - the first contained only one box of two, the second only half the second box and then the third a complete second box. I'm waiting for them to pick up the second part-box. The quality of the gear itself is low, with miss-aligned holes in the locking parts. The instructions - in German - were for a larger tent of similar style but with different fixings and the downloaded English instructions were misleading. The nuts provided are cheap nasty half-depth design the a standard spanner can't tighten against the inner curves of the poles. The provided ground anchors won't work in anything other than very soft soil. And you need at least three sizes of spanner and sockets to construct it, none of which are provided. The bolts provided are either too short for easy fastening through multiple poles/clips or so over-long as to make use of my standard socket set impossible. If what was provided lasts over a month I'll be shocked. Finally, getting customer service in Germany to answer the phone is a trial of patience and ingenuity in itself. They just kill the call if you're waiting more than a minute or two and tell you to email (which they take days to respond to). If you must call them, I found that selecting the 'Sales' option of the phone line menu was a quicker route to exactly the same customer service/ sales personnel. All in all, a purchase i regret deeply. There has to be a better supplier of cheap Chinese tents than this lot out there.

We ordered as the website indicated they were UK based. We received an email to say 7-10 days delivery. Fine. We then got tracking with a date that was 26 day! When I called I was told it was coming from Germany. I said will it be with me by 25th oct and was told I don’t know. I had to repeatedly call chasing this delivery. I was advised a date and it didn’t come so called the office and was told I’d get a call back. No call. The delivery was just dumped on my drive on a damaged pallet with damaged boxes!! Shocking customer service!

I still have not received the product nor have you responded to my query as you promised. Your courier dumped 1 box in a remote building at our depot, which we only found yesterday, did not report to the office and had no right to be in that area. This is a disgrace. I still have not received the roof members or legs only the side sheeting and angle joints. I now need this URGENTLY!

My delivery came late also incomplete. One of seven packages were missing and still missing . We had to leave the marquee and we did our event in our house which was really hard with 100 people. Delivery is still incomplete and useless . We demand full refund

I contacted you when my gazebo arrived 6 days ago to complain all 4 legs are damaged with photos and part numbers dissapointingly I am still waiting a reply.

Cannot yet comment on the quality of the gazebo as we not yet put it up. Vert pleased with how quickly it was sent but not at all happy with the process of delivery. The courier mailed to say they were delivering the following day. We would not be in and there is no safe place to leave it. We were unable to contact the courier and House of Tents were not helpful.

Tent was sent out immediately, however awful service from couriers who delivered the separate parts to different places so item had to be tracked down. Also did not obtain proper signatures confirming parts had been delivered. Have yet to check the tent which is being used for coronation. Let's hope its all intact

The supplier keep changing the contents of the advertises and deprive buyers from items in the original advertise. After making concession to buy the missing items they fiddle with the numbers to make it more expensive. Beside the instruction book have missing points that require dismantling the gazebo then fit it again.

Marquee Tent was ordered for a funeral wake 9 days before it was needed. The website stated delivery between 3 and 5 days. No tent was delivered, no explanation was given and the lack of empathy and compassion from the customer service staff astounded me. A full complaint has been sent and we await a reply.

Regrettably your delivery was lacking any connection components.Despite an immediate complaint it took 6 days to supply the missing parts and we were erecting the marquee only on the evening before it was needed. It is, however, of good quality and erection was well illustrated and simple

I found that the legs on the gazebo are weak Causing it to be very rocky and unstable in light breeze. The ground pegs are very small and weak I purchased much stronger and longer ones. Stronger longer guide ropes are needed. Would I purchase this again. The answer is no

Clearer, more accurate comms around stock availability, delivery dates and so on would have saved me an incredibly stressful couple of weeks.
