Parcels open on delivery useless parcel delivery service. First batch sent back half the order arrived and that parcel was busted. Second try two parcels arrived ok welll packed the other busted open with parts missind .check the photo this is how it arrived in the delivery truck parts missing. I am waiting for the parts missing to arrive. On reflection i wished i had not bothered buying

We loved our Marquee. We ordered the FLEX type 4x6 and the quality is excellent. We had some very strong winds the next day that caused a little damage (our fault) and House of Tents sorted it all out for us with no fuss what so ever. We would 100% come back and purchase something again. The customer service is as also excellent and Michael in particular was efficient and helped us with everything. :)
