I ordered a marquee but the delivery was not made in time despite the courier sending me confirmation emails. When I enquired about this I was told I would get a call back - nothing happened ! Then called again only to be told in a rude manner by the staff that they cannot give the warehouse number and nor do they have the couriers number to chase up! How stupid is this!!! I had to go online and contact them myself to get an update. This was not something I expected when I ordered - very poor customers service

This is the second time the dispatch date has been moved on by a week. The original dispatch date was the 25.05.2024!

Checked out the House of Tents website for a new marquee. Found a marquee that suited our purpose . Ordered and paid for the marquee following the online format and found the process easy. I subsequently received an e mail from the delivery company providing a delivery date which unfortunately they did not meet because they failed to collect all of the parts from the collection depot. The marquee was finally delivered a few days later. The marquee arrived in 6 cardboard boxes, 3 of which were torn and damaged with the end of one box torn apart. The delivery driver said he struggled with the boxes on his own. The 3 torn boxes all contained metal frame parts which on inspection seem to have survived the ordeal. Won't know about the canvass until it is fully erected. I have purchased from this company before. The marquee is good. Delivery could be improved.

I bought 5x5 pro plus marquee four years back. I had couple of queries before buying. Their technical team was quite helpful and marquee was delivered on time. Assembly Instructions 4 years back were not ideal, but they have recently improved them. I sometimes have to refer to them during installation, so downloading a fresh pdf copy comes in handy. Assembly for the first time took me couple of hours. You need atleast 2 people, but some steps require 3-4 people. I have assembled it few times over the years, so now I can assemble it within an hour. This marquee is solid and perfect for parties during colder and windy weather. I recently needed help with couple of spare parts and their customer service team promptly sorted them out for me.

Great customer service from making enquiries before ordering through to chasing deliveries - one item not delivered by the couriers (not house of tents fault) but they chased and sent replacement once they had no update form couriers. The marquee has just been erected and is sturdy and good quality - I went for the thinner material which is more than sufficient for using a few times a year. We like it so much we might keep it up for a few weeks after the planned party so we can arrange a few more get togethers!

Fantastic service and the product exceeded my expectation in how well constructed packaged and ease of assembly I did it single handed in 1 day. Without doubt the best self assembly product I have purchased in 50 years. Well done to all involved and one big thank you

Easy to order, I had yo phone as only 1 parcel of two were delivered. Good customer service, check snd advised when second package would be delivered. Not put up yet, but poles are very sturdy and the fabric is off good,quality

The gazebo purchased was easy to build with very easy to follow instructions. The after care services was also very good when we had to replace the gazebo roof cover. Enquiry emails was also quick to respond from yourselves.

Ordered online, but before placing order checked by phone that delivery would be pre Easter, even better it was next day. Perfectly packed and easy to assemble - a top quality product and service to boot - what’s not to like

Delivery was quicker than expected and everything neatly packed. No problem with following instructions although took me a couple of hours longer than that stated.

The overall process of purchasing the new Gazebo was very easy to follow. Delivery was as discribed and the Gazebo arrived on time.
