Fast delivery

The service was just brilliant. The Customer Services were informative, pre-ordering, the company called to ensure our order was correct because it was unusual, and the items arrived the next day, with a lovely, helpful, friendly, smart courier. Couldn't have been a better experience - top marks!

Ordered a very nice marquee from House of Tents, UPS delivery was less than perfect but the HoT has sorted the problem to my satisfaction. May look towards a second marquee if this one works as well as it looks, end of this summer.

very easy to order and good product

Just put up gazebo and looks lovely. However I think delivery time needs to change from 2 to 3 days as it took over a week. Needed a replacement as part was damaged and that was 2 days.

The product wasn’t delivered on time, I have already complained and not received a response.

Regrettably your delivery was lacking any connection components.Despite an immediate complaint it took 6 days to supply the missing parts and we were erecting the marquee only on the evening before it was needed. It is, however, of good quality and erection was well illustrated and simple

I contacted you when my gazebo arrived 6 days ago to complain all 4 legs are damaged with photos and part numbers dissapointingly I am still waiting a reply.

Poor service lets down a very good product

Delivery very quick with secure packaging. Unfortunately when erecting the marquee on of the sides has been poorly manufactured and pulls and distorts the side panel. Although useable is not aesthetically correct.

Marquee Tent was ordered for a funeral wake 9 days before it was needed. The website stated delivery between 3 and 5 days. No tent was delivered, no explanation was given and the lack of empathy and compassion from the customer service staff astounded me. A full complaint has been sent and we await a reply.

Came when told it would come. Bought for our daughters wedding reception which was held in her garden. Looked fabulous when erected and dressed. Did not disappoint. Used again for Father’s Day and will be used again for my husband’s birthday in August and our grandchildrens birthday party in early September. Great addition to the garden for the summer months. Will be purchasing the storage bags for when we take it down - probably October.

Delivered safe and sound and on time as stated and left safely at the back door. Well packaged.

EXCELLNT PRODUCT, AND SERVICE

Haven't erected it yet so can't give a honest review. Should be couple of weeks time.

The delivery was fast and gazebo arived in perfect condition. Went up easily with 4 people. Stucture is sturdy and well made.

Absolutely incredible customer service!! Highly recommend this s company and their gazebos. The service rep I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and ensured my order arrived in time. The pop up gazebo was so quick and easy to put up and looked really elegant in our garden. Hope to use it for many years to come.

Pop up gazebo we purchased (3m) is good quality and fairly easy to erect (very gently first time!) amazing to see how big it is from such a smal bag holding it all which is also good quality and very useful. Instructions are just ok so watch the video - twice ! Delivery and emails were a bit slow but it was a busy time!?!
