The soundproof system has been very successful, fulfilling all the requirements for our needs… virtually no sound is coming through either side of the partition now, for relatively little effort. We got some great advice and assistance in what to use and how to install it for maximum effect from the team there. I would recommend this product and the service.

Soundproofing didn’t work in the slightest. Pretty simple to install but hasn’t made any difference to the noise element of things can still hear conversations from flat below at the same volume as before. Waste of money.

After phoning and asking for advice I ordered sound proofing for my partition wall. It came in good time and of a high quality but after installing made no difference. Cost was expensive and have since had the joists insulated at half the cost .

At the same time, we are surprised that you would not contact us directly so we could discuss this in more detail with you and help to provide a solution, rather than simply learning of any dissatisfaction via a review.
The original enquiry was for unwanted noise coming through the wall. The soundproofing will certainly have made a difference. However, given your comments it sounds like noise was also flanking through the ceiling. (Although, simply insulating the joists would not have addressed the main noise coming through the wall).

Please do get in touch, as it is important to talk to you as there could be other reasons as to why you can still hear the noise. e.g. sound may be leaking through other areas of your structure.
