Having used Meaco for over 7years now, I can proudly and confidently state that if you are really after a quality brand and a great value for money; please look no further as Meaco Dehumidifiers are the industry number one. I bought the Meaco Arete 25L from Meaco's website for £299.99 and switched it on after 4hours after having it kept upright outside its box. The device is very quiet compared to the many others (mainly DeLonghi) we tried before Meaco. If you want ideal humidity level for a healthy and perfect air, keep it running at 40-45% with a variance of +/-3% where the hygrometer/sensors will do a sterling job and the best of all is the energy consumption. I have a smart meter and it tracks my energy usage, I have to confess that with the dehumidifier plugged in for 24/7, the energy consumption at 40% has been 50-60pence a day for the last one week of use.

Its worth the weight.
Ordered an aircon just in time by the looks of things. (Sold out by the next day)
Ordered on sunday 17th july. Purley because they offered next day delivery and other places were 3 day delivery so had to count the monday as day 1 so should of arrived on the Tuesday.
Ended up emailing them first thing on the Tuesday to ask what my tracking number was to see what time my air con would arrive. Got a reply within 10 mins. Kinda avoided my question and just said you'll get an email and text once order has been shipped.
So basically telling me it hasn't been dispatched.(very annoyed)
I then get a automated email saying my order is delayed and they hope to ship between 24-48 hours. Very disappointing email to get as by this point ive melted !
Gave them the benefit of the doubt and just waited. Got to thursday still no email or aircon. Sent another email asking what the hell was going on. Remember i only ordered from meaco for the next day delivery!
She then sends me my shipping and said its been dispatched!
I was genuinely worried they over sold and didnt even have a ac unit to send me!
So it arrived on the friday morning.
Well heat wave is over for now but now that its here im not so mad as its a really good unit and even though heat wave has ended our bedroom is still stuffy so i have it on and im so pleased with it and i now have it ready for Augusts heatwave!
Customer service needs a bit of improvement they definitely beat around the bush giving you answers to your questions. Not sure why they didn't let me know on the monday that there is a big backlog of orders. (Was told the day it was meant to arrive)
Also had no info from parcel force (no text or email) i knew it was coming on friday and what time because as soon as i was sent my tracking info i stalked parcel forces website. So that needs to be addressed as if it wasn't for me stalking the tracking i wouldn't have known what day or time it was coming.
And id have been PISSED if i missed that delivery.
So all in all next day delivery was non existent and took 5 working days to arrive.

I bought directly from Meaco a 25L Ultra Low Energy Dehumidifier which when unpacked was found to have some cosmetic faults on the platinum trim. I contacted Meaco, sending them photographs of the problem trim. A lady by the name of Caitlin immediately responded advising that she would arrange for a delivery of a new one and the collection of the faulty one which occurred at the same time - perfect. The machine is a high quality machine and does exactly what is says on the tin. I cannot fault Meaco’s customer service, they are polite, understanding, and efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending this product and the company.

Does a great job at cooling the room.
I needed to use the included flexible window kit as I have an outward opening window. Very easy to install once I understood how but the provided instructions were poor & had to look up a better guide online.
The airflow isn’t super strong and the louvre doesn’t give a wide angle to direct the air. This isn’t a real problem for me as the unit does a great job at cooling and keeping the room cool but maybe something to consider for someone wanting better airflow.
The two points above are all I could complain about at a push and as a whole this unit works great, would highly recommend.

I've had my MEACO CA-HEPA 47x5 Air Purifier for a week or so now and have used it in various ways to see what works best. I like the flexibility of fan speed and running times. It isn't totally silent when operating but I set it to operate late night and early morning on the lowest fan speed for 2 hours, which seems to suit my situation. It's light to move and the touch controls are easy. I'm pleased with it so far and the air seems altogether better. I think there could be some more guidance in the booklet about ways of using the machine in different circumstances and perhaps also some guidance as to running costs.

We have purchased 2 identical products from Meaco- DD8L. We bought one last year to help with condensation and drying our clothes during the Winter, when it is often wet. We have noticed less musty smell and clothes smelling much fresher when dried indoors, also, it has slowed down mould appearance. We bought a second one to use in one of our North- side bedrooms. We only started to use the new one a week ago, so difficult to say,how much it will prevent mould regrowth on bedroom walls. But it is amazing, how much moisture there is in just one room! I like that this DD8L is fairly quiet, low cost and does the job!

Speedy delivery of item. Fan looks stylish and feels robust. I have been using a small hand-held fan but the recent extremely hot weather meant I didn’t get much benefit. The Meaco desk fan is compact enough to stand on my desk, even with all my work clutter and powerful enough to keep me cool, even on the lower speed settings. It keeps its charge for several hours so it’s easy to carry from room to room. It’s very quiet on the lower speeds but even on the higher settings, the noise is tolerable. I do put in on the lower settings for zoom calls though. Really pleased with my purchase

I have been experiencing extreme hot sweats caused by cancer treatment for the past six months, this usually ends with me sitting in front of a loud, noisy fan to cool me down, not great during the night! This Meaco fan was recommended by a woman with a similar problem during her menopause and so far it works very well, set the fan to “eco mode” and it keeps the room cool, very quiet and can easily be left on all night, it is the closest thing to air con that I have found, I now have 2.
I can’t give any stars for customer service because I have not needed to contact them.

Wow! I'm a Dyson convert!
Having owned numerous desktop / pedestal fan's in my life, I thought I had reached the apex of style and silence with the latest £600 65db Dyson 'purifier' fan - but when that went as part of the divorce settlement (yep - you heard right!) a cheaper option was needed - and that's where the Meacofan 1056 came into my life - £99, free delivery, delivered 2 days after purchasing direct from Meaco online - easy to unpack and set-up, at just 20db it is so quiet, I was so impressed I bought another one for my office! You won't be disappointed.

Recently moved to an old flat. When the weather turned cold, all my windows were covered in condensation in the morning. The water condensation forms as soon as I wipe the window dry. So decided to get a dehumidifier. I was shocked how much water it removed over night, almost 2 litres of water. Windows are dry most nights now.
Like other reviewers, I also bought the roller caster, it was very hard to fit, got a tip from one of the reviewers, I put some Vaseline on the tip and was able to fit the casters in. Now I can roll the machine from room to room with ease.

I bought the smaller version last year for the bedroom and was very impressed with how quiet but also the various choices to run it. So this summer I bought the larger one for the living room. I'ts so nice not to have to turn up the volume on the tv because of a fan whirling in the room, in fact it's so quiet when having visitors they commented on how cool the room was to which I said it's the fan. They looked perplexed so I pointed to it their response was wow it's on now that's amazing. It does exactly what it says no messing.

Trying to get this fan wasn’t an easy journey, some confusion over stock levels, but once it arrived l am highly delighted with it; easy to you and a godsend in these warm nights, delivers quiet cool air with a variety of speed settings so you can either just have a gentle breeze or an arctic blast -looks classy and sleek as well- love the remote, especially handy when in bed, can easy transport from room to room with the handle - what’s not to like, oh and excellent value for money compared to some out there

The filters are a different size to the ones I've had in the past, so I called Meaco to see if I'd been sent the wrong item.
It turns out the design was changed to cover more of the dehumidifier inlet so that all incoming air is filtered. The Chao from Meaco was very helpful and explained how to fit the new style shape without squashing the filter in to the back of the dehumidifier.
The filter works well, the postage from Meaco was quick and efficient. I will purchase directly from them again.

Very pleased with the whole ordering and confirmation process. Absolutely delighted with the cordless fan. It looks very stylish, is very quiet on the first setting and is very effective - surprisingly so given that it is such a neat size. Since purchasing mine, I have ordered three more as gifts for my grandchildren and daughter. The night light feature is very useful and gives a soft glow - ideal for when my elderly dog wakens in the night to go into the garden!

Fan ordered on basis of third party reviews including “Good Housekeeping Institute” - in desperation at the height of the heatwave.
Remarkably - delivered before heatwave ended!
No complaints about ordering process, delivery or the product.
The fan is quiet, and works well though I don’t find it particularly intuitive through the remote.
It’s far less annoying than my previous tower fan from a different company.
A lot of money but - you pay for what you get.

Overall really happy with the all experience. The delivery was late by one day but that wasn't an issue for me. When ordered it sated next day delivery but turned up the following day. Its not like I had to wait indoors for it as I received a tracking number. Once received I followed the instructions and let it do its thing. After one week of use I can honestly say that this machine is an absolute beast and so worth the money. Let's hope it lasts.

We recognised that one room was cooler than the others when we checked temp and humidity we found that humidity was 76% and the rest of the house was around 65%, recommendations should be 30-50%, for the first week our Meaco 12L ABC dehumidifier has pulled approx 2litres per day from the atmosphere and the house is now around 50%, air feels lighter and warmer. Its a great investment and we will continue using especially thru the winter months.

MeacoDry Arete® One 25L Dehumidifier / Air Purifier
Bought to replace an old Delonghi Dehumidifier I decided to try Meaco.
Excellent extraction rate, relatively quiet, solid build and simple to use, with the added benefit of Air purification.
Being really picky, only cons would be lacking additional control of fan speed, everything is Auto, can only set the target humidity level, not very portable (heavy) and quite expensive but worth it.

Not a brand that I had heard of but glad that I have now! We have struggled for years to find a value-for-money fan for home use however, the MeacoFan 1056 hasn't disappointed. It's description meets expectations. It is "super quiet"; it has "easy touch operation" with multiple settings and with "air circulation that keeps you reliably cool through the night". Definite recommendation, we will be buying another one, once it is back in stock.

Best fan so far. Tried several fans and tower fans over the years but this is far superior.
Very quiet even on the top speed, excellent choice of modes to meet all occasions.
Didn't do any research as this came highly recommended from a family member and now a total of four have been purchased in the family to date.
Need a bit of room for storage as it was a bit bigger than anticipated but not a problem.
Keep the box where possible.

Delivery was not next day, although productstill arrived in 3 days. (Not sure if it's the company's or the delivery company's fault).
Product is great. Was sceptical about electricity usage but it is absolutely economic. The laundry drying programme is great, even jeans almost dry by the time programme is finished. You can hear when it's on, but not annoyingly noisy at all. For me it was a great purchase.

it's very quiet, love the laundry mode, as it dries the clothes at half the price of a tumble dryer. the machine also keeps the humidity at a level. The machine once it gets to the level of humidity stops working, then when that rises starts again so is not using electricity unnecessarily. I am very pleased with the machine. I'm not sure there is anything the company can do to improve the dehumidifier.
