This is my second dehumidifier in two and a bit years because my previous one stopped working and so we will see how long this one lasts for cos when it's working they are great .

Came within a couple days. £20 for delivery seemed a bit steep but I have had it a week working well although laundry seems slow but happy enough so far

Product is excellent. Taking water out of damp walls has made a difference with the heating. It actually now feels warm. The downside was information regarding delivery. Once bought I was told I would be contacted on dispatch if product. This didn't happen. I had to contact customer service to find out what was going on, as I'd been on the website where it stated the product I'd bought was out of stock. I had been given a due date but that means nothing if you haven't had dispatch confirmation. If this information was improved then they'd get 5 stars.

Once I managed to catch the item in stock, before it was sold out yet again, the ordering was very simple and delivery very quick and problem free. Hopefully the demand for these products is a good sign of the quality. The dehumidifier worked well on first use, drying laundry.

Order was shipped very quickly, which is good. However I had barely an hour's notice of the first delivery attempt (fortunately caught it in time) and the "order is on its way" message came after delivery had occurred. So coordination with DPD could be improved.

Delivery was fast and ordering easy. Altho the box arrived open and the package was delivered revealing what’s inside… it’s usually not a problem for house deliveries but living in a development it’s not always the best. Still great experience, thank you

does what it says very good machine ! sleek & quiet ! amazed how much water it collects. only down side is it should have a timer on can’t give feed back on customer service as only had it a week.

Ordering was easy, delivery was easy, finding out how to order wheels for my dehumidifier and fitting them was not, I think you should be able to order them already fitted .

I only ordered filters but thay came next day so good 👍

The product is good and I have no problem with that and look forward to using it.. The delivery was muddled. I booked a next day delivery and the email said that it had been sent with a DPD link to track its progress. The link showed that it had not been received. I rang Meaco and spoke to an advisor who said that I had booked it after 3pm (I had in fact booked it before 3pm) and said it would arrive on Monday. It did arrive that evening much to my surprise, so I was delighted, but somewhat mystified!

Quick delivery from Meaco.com. The fan itself is really good, really does shift the air around the room creating a lovely gentle breeze making everyone feel cooler. Very energy efficient DC motor in fan, almost imperceptible energy usage measured on the smart meter after one day. Very quiet operation, just sounds like a strong breeze on higher speeds or eco mode, however my fan has developed a slight rattle/vibration noise when oscillating after one day's use, mildly annoying that sounds like my old conventional fan. Not sure if this is a fault or normal, maybe I'm just being fussy. The remote control for the fan is reasonably well made, but very poor in operation, very limited range, when the fan is oscillating the base (containing the infrared receiver) turns side to side so you have to wait for it to face you before operating the remote and even then it's a bit hit and miss. Quicker to get up and use the control panel on the fan, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a remote , a better quality infrared transmitter and receiver/or receiver location could have been used like the ones used in decent quality TVs etc, instead it's very similar to the remote for my £5 fairy lights, disappointing remote at this price point . I like that the remote can be stowed on the front of the fan, just wish it was actually useable. If you're after a fan that genuinely makes the room feel cooler, is very quiet and costs very little to run thanks to the much more efficient DC motor, then this is it, however if you intend to use the remote regularly or need to operate the fan remotely because of limited mobility etc, I would look elsewhere. Hopefully the remote issues will be fixed in future versions, as this is the fans only real letdown. The pedestal version of this fan has a few extra modes available, it would be nice to see those modes on this version, especially if like me you didn't realise those modes weren't included on this one, not a deal breaker, just confusing.
