Very good service keep doing what you’re doing

We use SAXA sea salt and the container is made from paper/cardboard. Before the dehumidifier the salt was always a bit lumpy and the salt always needed a hard shake to loosen the salt. Only after using the dehumidifier for a few days, salt crystals started forming on the outside of the salt container and the salt inside is now as dry as new. The dehumidifier extracted the dampness from the salt as well as from the air. No more wet on the inside of windows, dry clothes overnight, no cold damp feeling of blankets, pillows, etc. We should have got one of these years ago.

Straight forward efficient purchase and delivery

I live in an old manor house, always cold, riddled with damp and with chronic condensation during the colder months. Was loaned a Meaco dehumidifier which has proved transformative. Left on at night it collects to full capacity, no more dripping windows and even pumps out warm air! Have subsequently bought the newer model DD8L Junior Dehumidifier which does the job just as well but quieter and more energy efficient AND dries my clothes as I don't like to use tumble dryer. Cannot recommend this Meaco product more strongly. In addition to which the customer service was great, really helpful/knowledgeable staff and speedy delivery.

Compact, very quiet and ease of operation

Delivery driver did not attempt delivery and dropped the parcel off 25miles away. Multiple emails and phone call have not been responded too within a week. Very disappointed in Meaco customer service.

Had a problem in North facing room which always smelt musty after rain, windows attracted condensation in the Winter months. The Meaco dehumidifier has worked wonders. It's amazing how much moisture it sucks out of the air.

Amazing, Excellent, Fantastic...Much better than I hoped it would be. Amazing.....Had really bad condensation problems with the North Facing windows. Using in 5 Bed 3 Floor House, it is left to run overnight in the Hallway (Ground floor) no condensation on any of the windows in the morning. Does not even need to run all night, as only turns on as required. Excellent....Indoor Drying is incredible, with the 25l version a full 12kg washing load dried in a smallish room with door closed in 4 Hours. Wow, just wow (undies, socks, t-shirts, etc in 1-2 hours) clothes actually feel better than outside line dried. Fantastic...Have definitely noticed that when I have to turn on the C/H, that the house actually gets warmer faster than it did before and it stays warmer for longer after it goes off. Buy one now before they are sold out.....oops Buy one when they are back in stock.
