I ordered an antique wine from this seller. I received it in the time frame expected, the packaging was perfect and the bottle was not damaged. I did get a surprise bill from a customs broker, which was a bit unexpected, but I was happy to receive the package because it was a gift. The wine was excellent and I would definitely order from this seller again.

Package, quality and service of shop itself is great.
But for delivery, site showed 2-4 working days, but it actually took 6 and we could not get shipment and left hotel.
I specifically commented that it is needed before exact date, but nobody contacted me before or during shipping to warn it is not achievable

I wasn't sure about a 1943 vintage bottle that I had found on the website, and so I called. I received immediately a detailed and honest description of the condition of the bottle in question. I then ordered it. I got in within two days, professionally packed, and in the exact condition that had been described to me over the phone.

The bottle you ordered was mentionned as "Label : slightly damaged". The label has spots and/or tears and/or traces of humidity that do not obstruct the readability.
In the futur, do not hesitate to ask for photos before ordering if you prefer.
