Ordered on Tuesday delivery was meant to be 1-2 days… can’t track my order and no response to my email.

Never received my item and never received a refund. DO NOT BUY!!!

Have given 1 star as the online process was simple BUT so far my order hasn’t arrived yet so I’m hoping it’s a genuine site and I haven’t been fleeced. Time will tell….

Product never arrived! I ordered the fat burner day and fat burner night and opted for 1-2 day tracked delivery. Never received a dispatch notification or tracking details and no response to email when I queried this and no answer on the phone when I called . The only thing I lost was money! Total waste of time!

I was supposed to receive my order within 1-2 days ordered 2nd of Feb now nearly the 7th and no delivery despite trying to contact and sending emails still nothing

I am so sorry my orders never came gutted , I have emailed called and nothing

First time ordering and is saying it was delivered when I haven’t received anything now saying another order will be despatched here’s hoping it does

My parcel has never arrived. I can see there is a photo but that is not in my flat block. There was no alert to say my parcel was delivered. So therefore I cannot give anymore than a 1. Maybe Royal mail need to leave a card or something if the customer is not at home. Then we could pick it up from the sorting g office. So all in all I have paid for something g I never received 😡😡

Poor /non existent delivery..poor contact..confirming orders and giving tracking information in UK...in Spain..the Company claim to be organised with conditions regarding shipping..but they are not ..orders are continually impounded by Madrid Customs..other companies eg Simply Supplements have no problem and orders arrive in Spain within 2 days

Within fifteen minutes of taking these tablets I felt dizzy and sick. I had to lie down. My partner informs me that there are the equivalent of two teaspoons of caffeine in two tablets. I normally take less than half a teaspoon a day. I will not be taking anymore. They made me feel terrible.

Very poor customer service. I didn’t get any confirmation email about my order. No updates about delivery. Nothing. I had to contact them 3 days after and not happy with their response.

Where is my paid for next day order?Why are you not answering your phones or replying to emails? This is ridiculous. This company used to be brilliant...what has happened to you?!?!?!

Because i did not order this! I am having to return it at my expense. I have had to change all my passwords to my bank, PayPal, eBay and amazon accounts. What a pain in the a**
