Item been dispatched but no tracking number and my email to erotic feels has been ignored still not received product

Money taken, order supposedly despatched long ago, still not received. Judging by reviews on this company, it's something experienced by others too. Can only assume that this is a scam.

I still haven't received my item. I was sent two different emails with different delivery suppliers, but no tracking number and no delivery, a week later.

I haven’t actually had anything delivered yet. !

Might help if I had received it
