Absolutely awful experience. My mower arrived with missing parts. I contacted them immediately via phone, was advised to email in, followed their instructions. They ignored emails, were difficult to get hold of on the phone, didn't take any of the action they said they were going to. After nearly a week of waiting for them to send the missing parts they still hadn't so I decided to return. Again no communication, didn't acknowledge the return, and didn't refund despite stating they would. Had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Avoid these lot at all costs and go to literally any other supplier!

Fast delivery and great mower: ordered Tuesday/dispatched Wednesday/ arrived Thursday.
As for the mower: I bought a Hayter Hawk 36 battery mower. I gave up on Bosch mowers when all their 'so-called improvements" to design just made things worse. With the Hayter there are too many noticeable GOOD DESIGN features to list them all here - from the short wheelbase and roller design that make for manoeuverability to the battery & charger... It's the best. Just one niggle that applies to all the mowers I've looked at - I'd like a 15mm cut height.

Reply to emails sent to you when customers have a problem with their order
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their aftercare service! 5 days from being delivered i asked for their assistance as was a problem with the mower, didn’t answer emails and when they said they would call back with a plan to rectify the issue you never did!
I’ll not be using yourself again nor will I recommend you to anyone I know in the trade.
