Initially very impressed with the speed of delivery and with customer service response when the lawnmower I ordered was missing a bolt. Customer service responded immediately saying they would send a bolt out to me which I was happy with. The bolt never turned up and now they are not responding. In the end, I resolved it myself as I need to get the grass cut. Not what you expect when spending 100s of pounds.

Ease of ordering. Bit of an issue when it arrived on two pallets. I’m in a wheel chair so struggled to unpack on my own.

Ordering a new ride-on mower was easy and the help received when I phoned to ask a couple of questions about the order was first class. However the delivery itself was a farce. We were advised about 20 minutes before the delivery that it was due, followed by an email about 10 minutes later giving our estimated delivery window. When it arrived, it was not possible to offload the machine because of the way in which it was palletised. The courier said that it would be re-palletised and delivery arranged for the following working day. Exactly the same thing happened on the second attempt. A third day was arranged and this time the courier had made it possible to get the machine onto the site. Not remotely impressed.

Recently ordered a mower and quick delivery. Product had slight damage to casing. Took a while to get through to company and after chasing they agreed to send replacement casing. Had to chase again for confirmation of despatch but now received mower up and running and working well. Staff are friendly and helpful when you can finally get through. I believe the company should employ additional staff to deal with incoming phone calls to avoid customers having to keep chasing company and waiting for a long while in queue.

When you phone up, the queuing system is horrendous and the wait is really long. When I emailed them instead they never got back to me. The order for the accessories came quickly but the mower itself took a week or more.

Ordering was simple, choice of finance fits perfectly, delay in confirmation of order email which was concerning, next morning it was in my inbox, on the 4th day they dispatched overnight carrier, arrived next day 4 stars because I emailed about the confirmation of order but received and email response 4 days later 🤣 All in all stunning lawn mower 👍

The price was good, the actual delivery was good. The helpful young lady answering the phone was good. However, even allowing for the intervening Bank Holiday Weekend, the 12 day delay in dispatch - and without any explanatory communication was not good.

Construction not accurate enough so certain parts don't line up. Instructions are only just sufficient as long as you concentrate and take time. I'm still trying to get the front panel on as the hinges are not the same distance apart on base and side.

I intended to purchase an item but in the end i didn’t due to a delay in availability. I was refunded and I’ll await for it to be in stock. Good customer service and would recommend.

Took too long to arrive and the packaging was quite badly damaged, but thankfully only superficial damage to some panels (slight dents and creases). Going together easily.

Ordered wrong part for my mower by mistake ,contacted immediately to cancel order. E.mailed by return cancelling order and organised refund.

Firstly, I left feedback a day or so after receiving the package so don't understand why I am being pestered now.

It took some time to reply to my email, but once I phoned everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently.
