Absolutely awful experience. My mower arrived with missing parts. I contacted them immediately via phone, was advised to email in, followed their instructions. They ignored emails, were difficult to get hold of on the phone, didn't take any of the action they said they were going to. After nearly a week of waiting for them to send the missing parts they still hadn't so I decided to return. Again no communication, didn't acknowledge the return, and didn't refund despite stating they would. Had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Avoid these lot at all costs and go to literally any other supplier!
Customer care is shocking, I emailed and called a number of times try to find out where my mower was, The email received had a subject line saying order dispatched and I should expect to receive my item in 4-5 working days, when it didn’t arrive I emailed and got no answer and then called and was promised a call back that didn’t come, I called again and was told my mower was not in stock and it would be another 3weeks. If I hadn’t chased it up I would never have known any of this. The mower finally arrived after 4weeks. Great product just awful customer service.
Had to chase up order that hadn’t been delivered. Mistake rectified and received order following day.

Competitive price but very slow delivery and lack of status updates
Almost 4 weeks from order to eventual delivery due to a catalogue of issues including 'damaged in transit', tracking number system malfunction, missed carrier SLA and poor customer service/communication. Required 4-5 phonecalls to establish latest situation on an ongoing basis and was then finally told to speak to the carrier direct when the item had shipped and the 48 hour delivery SLA had been missed (eventually by 4 days).

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their aftercare service! 5 days from being delivered i asked for their assistance as was a problem with the mower, didn’t answer emails and when they said they would call back with a plan to rectify the issue you never did!
I’ll not be using yourself again nor will I recommend you to anyone I know in the trade.

Lawn mower purchase couple of glitches
Recently ordered a mower and quick delivery. Product had slight damage to casing. Took a while to get through to company and after chasing they agreed to send replacement casing. Had to chase again for confirmation of despatch but now received mower up and running and working well. Staff are friendly and helpful when you can finally get through. I believe the company should employ additional staff to deal with incoming phone calls to avoid customers having to keep chasing company and waiting for a long while in queue.

Very slow in responding to issues and difficult to deal with
Had a complication with an accessory part I ordered for my mower. It's taken ages to get a response and still unresolved. Contacting by email is unresponsive and contacting by phone left hanging on in a queue for ages. Very poor customer service. First time using them so very poor first impression.
