Absolutely awful experience. My mower arrived with missing parts. I contacted them immediately via phone, was advised to email in, followed their instructions. They ignored emails, were difficult to get hold of on the phone, didn't take any of the action they said they were going to. After nearly a week of waiting for them to send the missing parts they still hadn't so I decided to return. Again no communication, didn't acknowledge the return, and didn't refund despite stating they would. Had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Avoid these lot at all costs and go to literally any other supplier!

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their aftercare service! 5 days from being delivered i asked for their assistance as was a problem with the mower, didn’t answer emails and when they said they would call back with a plan to rectify the issue you never did! I’ll not be using yourself again nor will I recommend you to anyone I know in the trade.

they never answer phone when they do just pass the buck I've been chasing FedEx for a week who say they have tried to delivery 3 times had no correspondence from them say I need to contact company ... company say I need to track with FedEx both blame each other and I've no mower to say the least I'm not amused

Hi, Thanks for your review. FedEx have attempted delivery of your item three times now and it is now on it's way back to us. We have also tried to call you several times to rearrange delivery but we have yet to speak to you. As you will appreciate it is not possible for them to keep trying to deliver your parcel an infinite amount of times and unfortunately with such high value products it is not possible to leave them safe. Very slow in responding to issues and difficult to deal with

Had a complication with an accessory part I ordered for my mower. It's taken ages to get a response and still unresolved. Contacting by email is unresponsive and contacting by phone left hanging on in a queue for ages. Very poor customer service. First time using them so very poor first impression.

Very poor service. Promised a delivery day then no update when mower wasn’t delivered. When chased blamed Hayter the supplier for late delivery even though mower was in stock. When quizzed they stated they would cancel my order not good. Finally delivered by own transport

Hi, Thanks for your review. You purchased a Mountfield fuel cap from us which was ordered and dispatched on the same day and I understand that you are very happy with it. The emails you are referring to are separate emails relating to advice on your carburettor. This email should have been addressed to our parts team on parts@mowers-online.co.uk Unfortunately we are unable to provide detailed technical advice on specific issues and your local garden machinery dealer may be in the best position to advise you in cases such as this. Our parts team can only provide guidance on which parts will fit you machine providing that we are given the make, model and serial number of both the mower and the engine itself.
