Very pleased with mower, ease of purchasing and speedy delivery by DPD.
This mower was not the cheapest option but I read various reviews from different places and it came out on top. I hope it will prove as reliable as my last small electric mower (Flymo but the same model was no longer available anywhere. Time will tell. That is the problem with reviews isn't it? Performance of things like this and longevity can only be reviewed after say a year and NOT at the point of purchase!!!
Absolutely awful experience. My mower arrived with missing parts. I contacted them immediately via phone, was advised to email in, followed their instructions. They ignored emails, were difficult to get hold of on the phone, didn't take any of the action they said they were going to. After nearly a week of waiting for them to send the missing parts they still hadn't so I decided to return. Again no communication, didn't acknowledge the return, and didn't refund despite stating they would. Had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Avoid these lot at all costs and go to literally any other supplier!
Ordering a new ride-on mower was easy and the help received when I phoned to ask a couple of questions about the order was first class.
However the delivery itself was a farce. We were advised about 20 minutes before the delivery that it was due, followed by an email about 10 minutes later giving our estimated delivery window. When it arrived, it was not possible to offload the machine because of the way in which it was palletised. The courier said that it would be re-palletised and delivery arranged for the following working day. Exactly the same thing happened on the second attempt. A third day was arranged and this time the courier had made it possible to get the machine onto the site. Not remotely impressed.

Ease of ordering.
Bit of an issue when it arrived on two pallets. I’m in a wheel chair so struggled to unpack on my own.

Ordering was simple, choice of finance fits perfectly, delay in confirmation of order email which was concerning, next morning it was in my inbox, on the 4th day they dispatched overnight carrier, arrived next day 4 stars because I emailed about the confirmation of order but received and email response 4 days later 🤣
All in all stunning lawn mower 👍

The price was good, the actual delivery was good. The helpful young lady answering the phone was good.
However, even allowing for the intervening Bank Holiday Weekend, the 12 day delay in dispatch - and without any explanatory communication was not good.

Ok: needs work
When you phone up, the queuing system is horrendous and the wait is really long.
When I emailed them instead they never got back to me.
The order for the accessories came quickly but the mower itself took a week or more.
