Absolutely awful experience. My mower arrived with missing parts. I contacted them immediately via phone, was advised to email in, followed their instructions. They ignored emails, were difficult to get hold of on the phone, didn't take any of the action they said they were going to. After nearly a week of waiting for them to send the missing parts they still hadn't so I decided to return. Again no communication, didn't acknowledge the return, and didn't refund despite stating they would. Had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Avoid these lot at all costs and go to literally any other supplier!

Ordered a Cobra 700 Chipper but didn’t arrive on stated date as they sent to wrong address. When it finally arrived it was damaged. They agreed to swap it over but still waiting. Nearly 3 weeks now. Had to hire a machine to do the job

Rubbish

The goods i ordered never came, but money taken, i emailed twice to ask why, no reply, i rang several times no-one answered, left a message for them to contact me and they didn't! Had my money back via paypal! I would not recommend them

Item sent but chosen courier has failed to deliver, and no delivery options. mowers online haven’t responded to 3 emails and deal with the issue. No response from them at all. Will have to try and claim my £86 back on my credit card.

I ordered a petrol filter for my Alko scarifier. An in stock item according to the web site which took two and half weeks to arrive and when it did it was the wrong part! Not a great deal of difference between the two 😏.

Had part on website after 7 days no part arrived Contacted them and said website had not be updated so cancel it another 7 days have not received refund contacted them again and said refund was in a queue

do not tell lies about delivery7 to 10 days is not having to chase them for delivery time took the money and had to wait. Normal shopping is pay and take away or deliver the goods and then get payed

I receive a rear grass deflector which didn't fit into my lawnmower, so I emailed them to say the wrong part had been sent and sent photos. I never received a response. Very poor customer service.

uselss -machine sent with wrong parts - can't use - time wasters!

cannot even send a ehdge trimmer with 3 parts to the assemby and get all 3 right. Obviously wrong handle sent. No one to answer phone on a weekend - I imagine most customers assemble on a weekend

Send correct component ,and answer my email asking them to correct it. Warning - there is no facility to actually speak to a human being by phone if you have ordered via their website.

Poor customer service

My mower arrived very quickly was damaged in transit and it took mowers-online a week to contact the supplier, eventually I had to arrange the exchange with the supplier.

Hi, Like every other e-commerce retailer in the world we use external delivery companies to deliver our products. Unfortunately on this occassion the part you ordered (a large plastic deflector for a ride on tractor) was damaged in transit by one of our couriers. We apologise for this but the incident was entirely outside our control and even with the best will in the world sometimes things like this happen.
