Very pleased with mower, ease of purchasing and speedy delivery by DPD.
This mower was not the cheapest option but I read various reviews from different places and it came out on top. I hope it will prove as reliable as my last small electric mower (Flymo but the same model was no longer available anywhere. Time will tell. That is the problem with reviews isn't it? Performance of things like this and longevity can only be reviewed after say a year and NOT at the point of purchase!!!
Absolutely awful experience. My mower arrived with missing parts. I contacted them immediately via phone, was advised to email in, followed their instructions. They ignored emails, were difficult to get hold of on the phone, didn't take any of the action they said they were going to. After nearly a week of waiting for them to send the missing parts they still hadn't so I decided to return. Again no communication, didn't acknowledge the return, and didn't refund despite stating they would. Had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Avoid these lot at all costs and go to literally any other supplier!
Ordered wrong part for my mower by mistake ,contacted immediately to cancel order.
E.mailed by return cancelling order and organised refund.

Lawn mower purchase couple of glitches
Recently ordered a mower and quick delivery. Product had slight damage to casing. Took a while to get through to company and after chasing they agreed to send replacement casing. Had to chase again for confirmation of despatch but now received mower up and running and working well. Staff are friendly and helpful when you can finally get through. I believe the company should employ additional staff to deal with incoming phone calls to avoid customers having to keep chasing company and waiting for a long while in queue.

Very slow in responding to issues and difficult to deal with
Had a complication with an accessory part I ordered for my mower. It's taken ages to get a response and still unresolved. Contacting by email is unresponsive and contacting by phone left hanging on in a queue for ages. Very poor customer service. First time using them so very poor first impression.

Broken lawnmower on arrival
I purchased a lawn mower which arrived over 2 weeks ago. On unboxing it I discovered the wheel was broken making the lawnmower unusable. I instantly contacted them by email and phone with photos. They confirmed they would send out a replacement wheel. Still waiting over 2 weeks later with a lawnmower that may as well be a door stop. I have re emailed on a number of occasion with no reply from them.
If I don't get a response soon I will be taking it up with my credit card company, and I'm so glad I paid using that method.
I'm aware that the consumer rights act say the consumer shouldn't be inconvenienced, and I certainly have been.

Very poor service. Promised a delivery day then no update when mower wasn’t delivered. When chased blamed Hayter the supplier for late delivery even though mower was in stock. When quizzed they stated they would cancel my order not good. Finally delivered by own transport
I ordered a wheel assembly. Just to check that this came with a new hub, washers and split pin I called the organisation. A recorded message said that they do not take calls in relation to parts and that I had to email. My gardener said "it must come with them, it's an assembly". I took the risk and got a wheel in a box, that fortunately had the tyre on it. Luckily, I rang another supplier who sent me the items immediately to enable me to fit the tyre the next day.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The product description does clearly state "Wheel and Tyre Assembly" and as you say that is exactly what you received. There is no mention of a new hub, washers or split pin on our description as these parts are specific to the various models of mower that this wheel assembly fits and need to be purchased separately.
