Didn't reply to my after sales emails.

The mower I bought should have come with 2 batteries and there was only one in the box and Mowers Online are trying to dodge sending me the second one.

Recently bought a tool on line. Took three times the max described time to arrive, over a fortnight. Very difficult to speak to anyone to ascertain whereabouts. When finally arrived I wished to discuss a fault. Having rung many times over several days, 14 calls in one day, and having left 2 messages I still haven't managed to speak to anyone. Clearly I will not use again unless something materially changes.

Still waiting on my lawnmower belts I ordered on the 9/10/23 terrible company to deal with I won’t be using them again

Placed order in-line. Only half the order was shipped. Unable to contact them by phone and not bothering to reply to my emails.

I ordered a petrol filter for my Alko scarifier. An in stock item according to the web site which took two and half weeks to arrive and when it did it was the wrong part! Not a great deal of difference between the two 😏.

they don't answer emails and their phones over a 2 day period i tried telephoning them but no answer If you want personal service don't use this firm

Send the items that have been ordered, the website shows the items are in stock and I not received all of the order. The order was placed three weeks ago.

Mower wouldn't start. Mowers online didn't reply to phone calls or emails. Very annoying

Mower arrived 14 days after ordering They are a job to contact as never answered the phone Had to ring cobra myself and sort it out !

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. The highly discounted item I purchased had an inherent manufacturing fault. The after sales service was truly appalling and obfuscating. Months of unanswered calls, e mails and recorded delivery letters. On the rare occasions calls were answered staff attirude varied from indifference to bare faced lies. I had to resort to obtaining legal advice in order to obtain a refund. Best go elsewhere.

The goods i ordered never came, but money taken, i emailed twice to ask why, no reply, i rang several times no-one answered, left a message for them to contact me and they didn't! Had my money back via paypal! I would not recommend them

A truly mind boggling and awful purchase experience. I ordered and paid for an item that never arrived. I waited for the item for over a week then contacted Online Mowers (Cheltenham Mowers Limited) who suggested the order had been delayed due to a system error but had been posted that day. Again nothing arrived. After 2 weeks (during which I sent numerous emails requesting the item, then a refund that Online Mowers completely ignored) I had to open a Paypal Money back claim to recover my costs. It felt like Chelternham Mowers Limited were not at all concerned that they had taken my money and that they chose not to reply to my requests for assistance with the missing item. I'll certainly never shop from them again and would advise others to avoid the company like the plague.

Money was taken at the time of the order, no confirmation email and the parts hasn’t arrived. No response when I email the company.

Speedy delivery however part delivered not correct even with images of model/serial number sent. Correct part sent out quickly however still awaiting refund for first part ordered. Would still use confidently.
