Very pleased with mower, ease of purchasing and speedy delivery by DPD. This mower was not the cheapest option but I read various reviews from different places and it came out on top. I hope it will prove as reliable as my last small electric mower (Flymo but the same model was no longer available anywhere. Time will tell. That is the problem with reviews isn't it? Performance of things like this and longevity can only be reviewed after say a year and NOT at the point of purchase!!!

Absolutely awful experience. My mower arrived with missing parts. I contacted them immediately via phone, was advised to email in, followed their instructions. They ignored emails, were difficult to get hold of on the phone, didn't take any of the action they said they were going to. After nearly a week of waiting for them to send the missing parts they still hadn't so I decided to return. Again no communication, didn't acknowledge the return, and didn't refund despite stating they would. Had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Avoid these lot at all costs and go to literally any other supplier!

One to avoid

Emma was very helpful. The underlying experience - chasing my £1,700 order after 10 days to be told it is not available until next year - then difficulties obtaining a refund. Will steer clear in future.

Drop-shipping

The drop shipping arrangement provides no information on shipping. The item appeared out of the blue after 4 days with no notification of despatch or shipping updates from the supplier

Some good some bad

The ignition pack was delivered in very good time, however the recoil wasn’t and I had to contact them to find out why!! Turns out it hadn’t been sent!! Not so good

Quick turn around in getting the item out. Unfortunately it had parts missing the machine is now not usable and we are still waiting for the parts a week later.

Tracking details?

No tracking details sent Had to phone up the shop myself. Nice enough on the phone was left in the dark after purchasing. Received the item a few days later.

Hi, Thanks for your review. Your order was placed late on the 15th June and it was sent to our supplier the following day at 8:41am. Unfortunately, the first time the supplier shipped the package it was lost by Royal Mail and this is what caused the delay. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards The Mowers Online Team

Good website and product but letdown by very poor delivery company who left the mower on our driveway and didn't knock on our door even though we were in. Luckily it wasn't stolen before we found it.
