Absolutely awful experience. My mower arrived with missing parts. I contacted them immediately via phone, was advised to email in, followed their instructions. They ignored emails, were difficult to get hold of on the phone, didn't take any of the action they said they were going to. After nearly a week of waiting for them to send the missing parts they still hadn't so I decided to return. Again no communication, didn't acknowledge the return, and didn't refund despite stating they would. Had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Avoid these lot at all costs and go to literally any other supplier!

Goods not received yet despite ordering two weeks ago 20th August and displaying in stock on website. Tried calling, always engaged, two emails to parts dept. Nothing!! Avoid this company. Needed line for village churchyard clean up day yesterday. Very disappointed

Hi, As per our email correspondence we are currently waiting on FedEx for further information. According to their tracking records the item was delivered at 12:24 on the 18th August. We are chasing FedEx and we will come back to you via email as soon as possible. Kind regards The Mowers Online Team

Missing items and no communication

Terrible company. Quick to respond to emails pre sale. However once goods are purchased no communication whatsoever. No dispatch confirmation to advise of delivery dates. When items didn't arrive I sent 3 separate emails, none of which received a reply. Items still missing. Their terms and conditions state that they will keep you informed of any delays - this doesn't happen. Pay a little more and use a better company, avoid this one at all costs.

Ordered a mountfield sp550 drive belt, someone else's parts turned up instead ... a £6 thumbscrew which wouldn't be so bad If I didn't just spend £18 on the drive belt then after emailing to get it sorted I was told that they'd look into it, that was the 31st of July and I'd say I've been patient enough as it's now the 24th of August and they have said nothing so cheers for that.

Last time I ordered parts they were with me within 4 working days, this time I paid for them, then no communication whatsoever, absolutely shocking service this time, I had to chase my order and missed my deadline to get my mower back out warning money. An email to say you were out of stock would not have hurt.

Poor service

I've already sent in a response to a previous request from you for feedback. I was sent the wrong mower blade and, in spite of emailing a week ago to inform of the error, I have not yet even received an acknowledgement of the email, never mind a resolution. I have had to look elsewhere for the correct blade and appear to have to write off the cost of this. This is very unsatisfactory and I will continue give negative feedback should my view be sought again

Hi, Thanks for your review. Having checked all of our records we have absolutely no record of ever having any contact with you other than the usual order confirmation emails. You ordered the product at 11am on the 25th July, it was dispatched at 12:25 the same day and delivered by Royal Mail on the 27th July. Less than 48 hours between the order being placed and you receiving it. However, if you are still unhappy please return the product unused and in the original packaging and we will provide you with a full refund. Kind regards The Mowers Online Team

Poor customer service

My mower arrived very quickly was damaged in transit and it took mowers-online a week to contact the supplier, eventually I had to arrange the exchange with the supplier.

Despite ordering the drive belt for my Fly Mo Garden Rake on the 3rd July, I have yet to receive the ordered goods or an email explaining the reason for the delay. Therefore I will not be ordering goods from their website ever again. I hope that the firm read this message and are thoroughly ashamed at their total; lack of customer services.

Purchased a mower via website. When the mower was delivered there was various parts missing & the mower was damaged. Waste of time phoning , no-one answers, no facility to leave a message. Phoned 20 + times over a week, finally phone was answered & I was promised that my email had been passed to the Parts Department & they would send out the missing items asap- that was 4 weeks ago- guess what they’ve not turned up. Shocking company & appalling customer service - my advice is do not buy from them.

Terrible communication. I have a problem with my order in that it has been manufactured with a defect. I have asked what the remedy is and have had no reply. Not only that I had to suggest what the remedy might be in the first place as it wasn't offered by their customer service department. Not impressed.
