Very pleased with mower, ease of purchasing and speedy delivery by DPD. This mower was not the cheapest option but I read various reviews from different places and it came out on top. I hope it will prove as reliable as my last small electric mower (Flymo but the same model was no longer available anywhere. Time will tell. That is the problem with reviews isn't it? Performance of things like this and longevity can only be reviewed after say a year and NOT at the point of purchase!!!

Absolutely awful experience. My mower arrived with missing parts. I contacted them immediately via phone, was advised to email in, followed their instructions. They ignored emails, were difficult to get hold of on the phone, didn't take any of the action they said they were going to. After nearly a week of waiting for them to send the missing parts they still hadn't so I decided to return. Again no communication, didn't acknowledge the return, and didn't refund despite stating they would. Had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Avoid these lot at all costs and go to literally any other supplier!

Rang to cancel the order over the weekend, left a message and got no response. Order was received and would cost more than its worth to return so i would not order again from this company

Was charged £20 for delivery to the Scottish Highlands when I do not live there. Took days before someone got back to me despite reaching out in various ways. Refund still not processed.

Only one battery

The mower I bought should have come with 2 batteries and there was only one in the box and Mowers Online are trying to dodge sending me the second one.

Ordered a mountfield sp550 drive belt, someone else's parts turned up instead ... a £6 thumbscrew which wouldn't be so bad If I didn't just spend £18 on the drive belt then after emailing to get it sorted I was told that they'd look into it, that was the 31st of July and I'd say I've been patient enough as it's now the 24th of August and they have said nothing so cheers for that.

After sales service non-existent

I’m not one to leave a bad review. I’ve tried contacting the company to sort out a problem with the machine sent to me. I’ve emailed and tried calling no reply or answer from any communications. My web push along vacuum was a fantastic machine but developed a problem. It was delivered quickly but before Ordering, please be aware that the after sales service is diabolical.

Mowers online never kept me informed with a delivery date for my mower. I had to phone and email them , to be told there was a delay on it. So I cancelled my order . Then it took another 9 days to get my my refund. That was after me emailing and phoning them numerous times ! Because of lack of communication i would not recommend them .

Ordered brushcutter£509 money taken with extortionate delivery charge £60 then no delivery date had to phone them to find out where it was only to be told they didn't have one till November. Asked for my money back on the16th and still not received it phone again on the 19th and they said it was in hand .Not a very good service.

Honda Brushcutter

I bought a Honda Brushcutter mid April 2023. It has broken down, no-one appears to be answering telephone calls and the email sent is currently unanswered. Very very poor service which may well result in me taking legal action and reporting them to Trading Standards. Disappointing in the extreme!

Goods not received yet despite ordering two weeks ago 20th August and displaying in stock on website. Tried calling, always engaged, two emails to parts dept. Nothing!! Avoid this company. Needed line for village churchyard clean up day yesterday. Very disappointed

Poor after-sales actions.

I was sent a "money off your first purchase" email after I had made my first purchase - very annoying. Mower arrived with a bent axle. Notified after sales about both these matters but had no response to either email. Will not use this company again.

delivery turned up in good time but This company will not provide you with a correct invoice, do not get back to you and 3 month after repeat calls and emails and still no correct invoice. Thinking of Reporting to HMRC for falsifying invoices.

Rubbish

The goods i ordered never came, but money taken, i emailed twice to ask why, no reply, i rang several times no-one answered, left a message for them to contact me and they didn't! Had my money back via paypal! I would not recommend them

Item sent but chosen courier has failed to deliver, and no delivery options. mowers online haven’t responded to 3 emails and deal with the issue. No response from them at all. Will have to try and claim my £86 back on my credit card.

I ordered a petrol filter for my Alko scarifier. An in stock item according to the web site which took two and half weeks to arrive and when it did it was the wrong part! Not a great deal of difference between the two 😏.

uselss -machine sent with wrong parts - can't use - time wasters!

cannot even send a ehdge trimmer with 3 parts to the assemby and get all 3 right. Obviously wrong handle sent. No one to answer phone on a weekend - I imagine most customers assemble on a weekend

Poor customer service

My mower arrived very quickly was damaged in transit and it took mowers-online a week to contact the supplier, eventually I had to arrange the exchange with the supplier.
