Absolutely awful experience. My mower arrived with missing parts. I contacted them immediately via phone, was advised to email in, followed their instructions. They ignored emails, were difficult to get hold of on the phone, didn't take any of the action they said they were going to. After nearly a week of waiting for them to send the missing parts they still hadn't so I decided to return. Again no communication, didn't acknowledge the return, and didn't refund despite stating they would. Had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Avoid these lot at all costs and go to literally any other supplier!
Ordered wrong part for my mower by mistake ,contacted immediately to cancel order.
E.mailed by return cancelling order and organised refund.

Lawn mower purchase couple of glitches
Recently ordered a mower and quick delivery. Product had slight damage to casing. Took a while to get through to company and after chasing they agreed to send replacement casing. Had to chase again for confirmation of despatch but now received mower up and running and working well. Staff are friendly and helpful when you can finally get through. I believe the company should employ additional staff to deal with incoming phone calls to avoid customers having to keep chasing company and waiting for a long while in queue.
