Fast delivery - even when ordering on a bank holiday weekend

Very prompt service and competitively priced.

I ordered a part, some fuel hose on 28th May and despite regular contact with mowers-online the part still has not yet arrived! Allegedly it has now been sent three times, unfortunately I cannot believe this. However the royal mail might hold part of the blame as it does seem that morons delivering the post locally don't seem to be able to read properly! Mowers-online should listen to their customers and act immediately, especially when they have already paid for an item and check their recorded deliveries.

Enquired about a spare part via e-mail on 27th April 2023, no reply. Asked again on 5th May. Company finally responded on 11th May and parts ordered that day. Half the number required arrived on 13th May although delivery notr stated whole order had been delivered. I pointed out that order had been for 3 pairs but only three individual items had been sent in spite of order acknowledgement stating that three pairs would be delivered. the discrepancy was pointed out and on 15th April the remaining three items were received. I had ordered parts from this company before, by telephone, and they arrived the following day. This delivery (for the same parts) which could only be ordered by e-mail took 20 days to deliver - a totally inefficient and incompetent service

Was charged £20 for delivery to the Scottish Highlands when I do not live there. Took days before someone got back to me despite reaching out in various ways. Refund still not processed.

Very happy to report a great service from start to finish! Ordered the Mountfield SP164 on Fri 26th May. After receiving my order confirmation, I then had notification moments later to say my order was being processed, followed by order complete and finally, order shipped to courier co. with a delivery date of 1-3 working days! I then receive a message from the couriers to confirm they had received my parcel and they would inform me as soon as it was out for delivery. Great communication, and all within a couple of hours of me placing my order on the 26th. My mower arrived the following Tues morning as promised! I’ve noticed there have been some negative reviews regarding delivery times and lack of communication! But in my experience, this Company has been ‘SPOT ON’ throughout. I absolutely would recommend this company and would not hesitate to buy from them in the future! Oh! and a cracking little mower it is too!!

I contacted Mowers Online via the online chat. I asked two questions: 1) Does the mower I wanted have a hard or soft grass box? The answer: It has a hard box. I was pleased to hear this as I prefer a hard box. 2) How much assembly is involved with this new mower? The answer: You just need to fold the handles up and lock them off. Again, just what I wanted. I am not good with putting stuff together. On arrival, the mower came with a soft, net grass collector. Disappointing. Then I had to connect the top handles to the bottom handles with the supplied bits and pieces. Easy enough I am sure, but it took me a while and just wound me up. Still not sure I have it right. The supplied instructions were a bit vague and covered more than one mower. Then the grass box . . I looked on You Tube in the end to see how the metal frame fitted into the box. Again, frustrating. Fortunately I found the hard box from my old Mountfield mower fitted this model, so it does the job. The mower and the blower I purchased have interchangeable batteries and both machines do a good job. Just wish I had been correctly informed in the first place.

One time as described and value for money

The battery lasted only 15mins over the weekend, now again fully charged (see attached picture) the device switches on & then cuts out almost immediately. Sent Mowers Online two messages, no reply yet. Also rung the company number several times and no answer.
