I contacted Snowden re purchasing a rather expensive device. I was not only contacted by their Customer Services Manager, Claire, who offered re-assurances re a 90 day money back offer, further to that, after I received the device, Medicur Pro, she spent quite some time speaking to my wife and myself regarding it's use. Excellent Customer Service. I would not hesitate to recommend Snowden Health Care. ps. Medicur Pro appears to be working for both my wife and myself.

Promised to deliver a mobility scooter on 2 occasions. The one time they told us the van had broken down but still couldn’t guarantee next day delivery! It was just excuses, cancelled the order and charged 20% cancellation fee. My grandfather is 95 and was very upset by the poor customer service. I wouldn’t by anything from them again!!

Good product. Efficient delivery but I broke my leg and had to have an operation just after ordering the 60 second neck toner and then read that it should not be used after an operation. My op was nearly 4 weeks ago would it be ok to use it now?

Excellent product at a reasonable price.
Bought for my partner who has arthritic knees. He says it definitely helps. I see a difference when he walks. I also like the fact that we can charge it rather than using batteries as we did with a previous one. Highly recommend this company and product
