I contacted Snowden re purchasing a rather expensive device. I was not only contacted by their Customer Services Manager, Claire, who offered re-assurances re a 90 day money back offer, further to that, after I received the device, Medicur Pro, she spent quite some time speaking to my wife and myself regarding it's use. Promised to deliver a mobility scooter on 2 occasions. The one time they told us the van had broken down but still couldn’t guarantee next day delivery! It was just excuses, cancelled the order and charged 20% cancellation fee. My grandfather is 95 and was very upset by the poor customer service. I wouldn’t by anything from them again!!
