The initial order was lost / stolen in transit with Evri. Once VL understood the issue they promptly replaced and, as requested, used a more trustworthy and reliable courier. There was effectively no tracking info with Evri and this had contributed to the confusion for the first shipment. We've many issues with Evri in the past and they provided inaccurate tracking for the order they lost, I'd recommend VL to use another courier, VL's service was affected by a bad courier choice, but apart from this am very happy with VL.
