I was genuinely impressed with this supplier. I wasn't in a rush for the Geberit cistern frame I ordered but the price was far better than any available in the UK. I received good tracking information and my order arrived after 9 days. It was well packaged and exactly the item described. I would certainly use them again. Many thanks.

Excellent all round.
Ordered item on a Saturday and received the following week and that was with a bank holiday included too. Very happy with item ordered and the service and the price. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from you again and would highly recommend.

Excellent price and exactly what I ordered
Wanted to replace some Villeroy and Boch loo seats, this was the best price I could find.
Delivery is around a week (came from Germany), but I was not in a hurry.

Staff were excellent nothing was too bother.
Staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. Cleaned as they went so no transfer of dirt to other rooms. Even helped to sort out a problem with sky.
