The fabric I ordered is of excellent quality - in fact, better than I anticipated! - and although I had to wait a while for it (as, contrary to the url, the company is based in Germany) it was worth the wait. I was also kept informed of the progress of my order.
This is not the first time I have used My Fabrics, and it won’t be the last.

Why so long just for a sample?
Be transparent on website and communicate time frames on delivery fairly.
I didn't even know my sample was coming from abroad.
By the time I got it, the fabric I was checking was sold out!

I had problems with my delivery and DHL information were in German and their customer service were unhelpful. However I then contacted the company direct and they immediately answered my email and solved the problem the next day and my material was waiting for me at my local post office. Great Customer service from my fabric.

Delivery times are unacceptable - it’s taking far too long for my fabric orders to arrive. I will seriously have to reconsider whether to buy from you again.

I submitted an order on November 20th & it is now Dec 11 & I still have not received my order or any communication about my order as to what has happened to it & when it will arrive. I am very disappointed as I have oustanding orders that I need the fabric to complete.

very disappointed . Repeated a previous order to ensure a close colour match and received a completely different colour. I totally understand that dye batches can differ and therefore it is almost impossible to guarantee an exact match but this was an expensive waste of money

Your review site is a time waster.
My fabric good. Discounts short lived!
Placed an order 2/11/23. Offer 3/11/23 via email 30% off for order £100+. My order was for £107+
Your site: I have spent time twice to be as fair as possible and going to terms& conditions to find my review is gone!
