Wine was very promptly despatched and extremely well packed and safely packaged. However, DHL the courier, despite arrows all over the box with messages saying please keep this way up with arrows pointing upwards, the box was placed on the doorstep … upside down ! Hopefully the wine will have survived its transportation drama and is now asleep and resting in the wine conditioner !

Wine was delivered promptly as ordered (and is very nice!) but the case was addressed to house #2 and not our house number so, unsurprisingly, the 1st delivery attempt was rejected. Somewhere between Strictly Wine and the wholesaler (Berkmann) our delivery details were miss-entered. Fortunately I was able to spot the error before the 2nd delivery attempt and correct it with the courier.
