Wine was very promptly despatched and extremely well packed and safely packaged.
However, DHL the courier, despite arrows all over the box with messages saying please keep this way up with arrows pointing upwards, the box was placed on the doorstep … upside down !
Hopefully the wine will have survived its transportation drama and is now asleep and resting in the wine conditioner !

I'm sorry to report that 6 bottles red wine were substandard I only placed my order because you were selling the Buitenverwachting Christine 2016 this is one of our favorite reds we also gave some to a client and it disappointed them I don't know if we had a bad batch or hadn't been stored correctly but they tasted sour . I even decanted and let them settle nice in preparation for a lunch I can say the other wines were perfectly fine . Just very disappointed with them sorry comments appreciated regards john Rowley snr

Thanks for your feedback. As per our Delivery page on the website, we aim to deliver the majority of orders within 3-4 working days - for example your order placed on Sunday evening was delivered on Thursday. We also say on that page that if you want a more accurate delivery estimate you can always contact us and we will let you know - usually by return. We always email on the day of dispatch with delivery details for the following day. We hope this is helpful.
