Always quick & easy service.
Customer services have always got back to me quickly.
The VAT exemption box could do with being larger & more obvious, I’m partially sighted & find this part difficult.
I do feel like it’s all a little expensive, £70 for 3 masks which are advised to be replaced monthly, but this seems to be the way with all medical products, be it Resmed or any other medical company.
In all though, very good & easy service.
I tried to start a Return of 1 of the items I ordered.
1) I went on the ResMed website, cannot complete the process due to error message.
2) I called ResMed to Resolve issue. They also say that they cannot start return due to System issue.
3) Audrey from ResMed promised to call me the next day (yesterday) with a Solution. No call or communication whatsoever!!
I think they are playing for time

Great advice and Service, as usual. Had some difficulties initially as my Order was picked up by a European branch of ResMed, not the UK. (Possibly placed there by me by mistake?) Fortunately, most money was refunded before shipping to the UK. Buyers beware … check the Site details before ordering!
Tried to order replacement parts for my Air Sense 10 and it was borderline impossible to figure out which part I should get. So I ordered the wrong (and not cheap) part.
Talked to customer service on the phone and they were extremely helpful and resolved my problem immediately.
Recommendation: fire the website designer. Replace with the person in charge of customer service.
