I've ordered a course from them, I've receive the invoice and an email on 11th of January, saying" you will receive an email from the seller within one working day with your access details". 3 days later no email, nothing about my access code, but an email asking for a review...Here you have it!

Hi I have checked the emails that were sent from the course publisher and can see an email dated 12th January was sent to you. It's a shame you didn't contact us directly and we could have immediately sent you a copy. The publisher's email may have gone into your spam or junk folder. We will send you a copy of the email.
