the trousers are generally excellent, however, sizing is now becoming an issue. I normally buy my Meyers at a local retailer but due to a lack of supply thought i would try direct online. My 2 pairs are both 36/34 and a perfect fit so thought if I order the same size from the manufacturer they would equally be perfect.
36/34 is no longer a refection of size, these didnt fit my waist and were too tight on my legs
Meyer include all the paperwork with the order for returns, either lacking confidence in quality or part of excellent customer service, they have now been returned.
I will be looking again at buying online hoping it was an unprecedented incident. Lets hop.
Meyer trousers have always been my 'go to' choice as the best fitting for my shape. Unfortunately, this pair of Oslo pattern were so tight in the leg that I couldn't get them past my knees! And then I was faced with one of the more testing 'return' procedures as the package goes back to Germany and involves Customs clearance. Meyer should really have a UK 'address' if selling in this country or at least customers should be able to set up returns on line as with most major retailers. I won't be buying Meyer online again.
Manufacture trousers to accurate measurements. The actual waist measurement of the trousers despatched were three inches (7.5cm) larger than requested and the size on the label.

Unfortunately, we are not a bespoke tailoring company.
We have fixed measurements for our trousers in the individual sizes.
If you have received a pair of trousers that do not correspond to our measurements in the size chart, we will of course exchange them for a pair of trousers that correspond to our size chart.

These jeans have been washed twice at 30 degrees and the zip has literally fallen apart. I have another pair coming up to 2 years old and they are in excellent condition.

Whilst the style of the trousers was great finish was poor.
Whilst the style of the trousers was good the finish was poor. Both waist buttons were loose and had to be placed the day they arrived. I did write to customer services about the issue and didn't get the courtesy or a reply or an apology.

I am a 38 waist and 33 leg but this size were so small I couldn’t get them on despite buying that size previously( some years ago granted) so perhaps your sizing has changed or legs slimmer??

Online not a good experience. Sent back immediately when UPS turned up with my delivery and stated £65 required before completing delivery?!

The colour coffee turned out to be a shade of grey, returning [back to Germany] is a bit of a nightmare and now I must wonder how long it will take to refund my money!

Color deviation in real life is possible. We are sorry that you do not like your selected color.
Unfortunately, because England is no longer in the EU, goods shipments are a bit more complicated. You received a direct email with your order with a UPS return label and proforma invoice and description. So very straightforward. The refund of the money is immediate, after receiving your return.

The pants don’t seem to be as good a fit as previous covid. Recently ordered and returned golf trousers as they were such a poor fit
