I ordered a deep gusset portfolio case on Saturday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday. I received updates at every stage of the order and delivery, which is always great to see. On top of that the case was on offer and significantly cheaper than the same brand anywhere else.
It is actually the second one I have purchased from Graphics Direct, as the first one is still going strong after several years of non-intended use, as I needed a smaller one.
The 70mm deep gusset case are perfect for storage and transport of my son's wheelchair tray. His new one is smaller and lighter than his previous tray which needed an A1 case, this one is perfect in an A2. The lining of the original is still perfect despite the metal brackets constantly rubbing.

I would give them 5* for products, but only 2* because of the postage policy. I paid £14 delivery for a ruler, because we live in the Highland area, BUT, on the mainland. We don’t live ‘over the water’ like Ireland, Channel Islands the Isle of Wight or the Scottish Islands. Standard postage is £4.99. I would buy more from Graphics Direct, but not while they have this postage policy.

Could not have done better.
After a delivery company let them down twice, they could not have been more helpful, courteous and speedy with resolving the problems to my complete satisfaction.
I think that they are the most honest and open company I have ever dealt with and cannot recommend them too highly.
