Website has issues. After many attempts, error messages was received due to their server's firewall setup. I was able to place an order two days later, but their system is not sending out email order confirmations or tracking updates. I received no response to many email attempts to get my tracking number. To this day I don't know if the package was even shipped. My second order for foreign shipping was cancelled completely with a lame response that 'it might not arrive safely' whatever that means. Very bad customer service. I will not be ordering again unless they are willing to change.

Scammed, rude and threatening ...
Delivery company failed to phone me upon delivery or bothered to ring my doorbell even though I was in. Had to pay £30 for redelivery. Customer support rude and threatening. Second delivery they wanted me to take the mattress out of the van! Would not use again, ever.

Website has issues / Customer service almost non-existent

Nice products, shipped fast, customer service needs a little improvement
I really like that they offer international shipping, however, I had a lot of issues with getting a customer service response in a timely manner. I received no email confirmation of the order, no shipping confirmation, and it took several days to receive a reply and two attempts for a correct tracking information. If these small issues improve, then the overall rating should be a five star. I am happy though that this is a legitimate company who does provide a service within their means. Thank you

Never received any email confirmation of order or payment, just a tracking details almost a week after the order was placed, which made me very concerned. I had to call the company from the ROI to UK, which cost me a lot of money to be told I should have got a confirmation email and to wait for the tracking email instead. Products are fine though, just the customer service was lacking and communication very poor.
