Ordering good and a very speedy delivery bought as a Christmas Present so hasn’t been used as yet.

Bought a refurbished Dell laptop, very pleased with the condition. I ordered memory and OS upgrades to prolong usable life, very easy process.

I particularly like how well-packaged the unit was. Although DPD couriers handled it very well, I think it could've withstood a minor drop. It used some unusual shaped cushioning, moulded to the exact sizes of both the unit and the shipping container. As such, it's probably reusable for cushioning different equipment, during reorganising storage etc. I also liked how the unit worked instantly upon being powered up etc. That should be normal, but it's still always nice when products behave. I think they could improve with giving customers an estimated despatch date, rather than having to dig around in the FAQs for the info. They also had a glitch logging in to my account: First try produced random/irrelevant error messages, but if I ignored those and clicked the login button a second time, that succeeded. The only gripes I could find are minor, and they sold me a high-spec product at a very low price.

I've had Stone Refurb on my list of potential suppliers for quite some time, but it's only been now that I've had a need to use them. And wow, I was not disappointed. Not only did they have a system available at a great price that fitted my needs perfectly, it was dispatched and delivered way ahead of the estimates. Everything so far has been fantastic and I'll definitely be using them again.

Good range of refurbished PCs and great that you can customise them. Ordered mine new to me PC and it was delivered really quickly. Runs really well, quiet and fast, and all at a great price. Very happy with it.
