Love that the descriptions are accurate and items in really good condition on arrival. Prices can be very reasonable, especially if there's a sale but you have to know your stuff to see if it's a bargain or not. Contact could be a lot better and can sometimes not get a response from website messages which is disappointing.

Stone refurb are all to happy to take your money, but as to their so-called tech support it would appear nearly non existent. No follow up calls even when they say they will call. After buying an 'A' rated pc from them, it died four days later. Not good enough for what was meant to be a basically new pc. When it came back it was minus a power cable (more expense). I wouldn't recommend them to anybody

Why buy new?
Good choice with plenty options to meet individual requirements.
Doubt if I will buy a new pc/laptop again when so much cheaper to replace.

Great service and a super fast computer with no wifi, only a plug for a wired connection. Perfect for my needs and exactly what I wanted to reduce EMF exposure.

The HP EliteOne G3 800 I bought was above and beyond what I expected for the price. Also some propriety HD mounting screws were not included, when I asked for them and offered to pay the postage they were sent the following day with no charge. Brilliant service.

The service was very good and received my computer in the time they stated (although not impressed with the delivery company who left it at the wrong address). Very please with the machine and so far as operated very well.

Slow to begin but much improved tech service
Laptop arrived promptly but isn't configured properly. Tech response was via email and very slow. After several days they agreed to arrange pick up. Once I left a two star review here it was all very quick and within 5 days we had a working laptop back with us. Thanks for accelerating It!
