Superb customer service. First parcel despatch never arrived because it got as far as the courier's Bicester Depot and no further. Goodness knows what happened to it. I informed Haggis UK of this problem and within a very short time they had replied to my email and informed me that I could either have a refund or they would despatch more Haggis on Monday 4th December. It arrived today Tuesday, 5th December and is safely stored ready for New Year's Eve. Many thanks for the delicious Haggis.
What in our opinion has let this company down was the absolutely dreadful delivery.
DPD need to get their act together. It was very clear that instructions said to deliver £150 of haggis to our address, or leave it in our safe place, but obviously this was too complicated for the idiot delivery driver, who delivered it to our next door neighbour, and even took a photo of the front door with the box on their doorstep, our door is green theirs is white. They were going away for Christmas so I hate to wonder what the haggis would've been like if they had gone away before the delivery. Luckily my neighbours carried it round to me, and I have contacted the company and DPD.
I ordered Macsween's traditional haggis plus their gluten free and vegetarian haggis too. They arrived in perfect condition via DPD. I am delighted to say that at an international gathering of 31 different nations, all three haggis were thoroughly enjoyed served up with clapshot and a whisky sauce made to the Hairy Bikers' recipe

Packaging on fresh haggis is excellent., really well protected, delivered in "Cold Bag" with ice packs. Couldn't ask for more.
Tinned products were also well packaged, and as gifts, it was lovely having no dents to worry about.
I will definitely be ordering from you again.

Great haggis, great service
Online ordering was easy. They rang me to discuss my requirements as they didn't have in stock what I ordered. Seamus was very helpful, good attention to detail and he quickly found a very acceptable solution. Great haggis, great service.
Nothing really, as ordering was easy enough, choices are fantastic and delivery was speedy in fact next day which was a complete surprise. This company is great to work with

Great taste, but shipping needs to be much faster as package was not cool enough when arrived I had to cook it straight away or it would go off.
But really loved it 💝
