I discover Nuud about 18 months ago, it was far better than five other natural deodorants I had tried. Lasted for days, no smell, clothes stayed fresh for longer.
I thought I had found my forever deodorant.
They recently changed the formula, and these things no longer hold true for me. I believe they are still tweaking the formula. I was offered a discount on my next purchase, and they did refund me.
So 5/5 for customer service. 6/5 for the old formula. It’s just a shame that the new one doesn’t work for me.
I think the company ethos is great, I would recommend trying the product, and if I could buy the old product I instantly would.
The post does take a while to arrive so something to consider when ordering.

Orders don't shop from within the UK. So expect long delays and inaccurate or vague tracking updates. You'll have to content customer support multiple time to find out where your deodorant is on it's long journey.
The first time they despatched it it took over a month until they agreed it was lost in transit. They then sent a second that took 2 weeks to arrive. With no discount for the trouble. (6 weeks between buying a deodorant and actually getting it)
It was a tedious and poor online shopping experience. Especially considering it's a just a deodorant.
I was excited to try it. Great product let down by awful shipping, tracking, logistics and customer service.
Next time I'll just go to boots and buy an alternative natural deodorant.

Great Product/Very Poor Delivery to UK
I have been using this product for a few years now and absolutely love it. I can apply once a week in the winter and about every 3 to 4 days during the summer. I have marked it down to a 2 star rating as since the beginning it takes forever to receive the order and generally have to contact customer service for help. If I could find another product that works as well and sold in the UK I would switch, but sadly I've found nothing that works as well as Nuud. Please figure out a better shipping process in the UK!

Hi there! For some time we only had the option to post our packages as regular mail. This was done because we work with a distributor that ships packages completely CO2-neutral, which we value a lot. Next to this, we now offer a paid tracked shipping service which you can opt for! You will find this option at the checkout page!

The new stick is not an improvement. It doesn't work as well. I preferred the attachment to the original cream, the original cream is stronger and the attachment that made it a roll on was reusable and washable. Not impressed with the changes.

In general, cream substances absorb more easily so it follows that the nuud cream is slightly more effective than the stick. But then some people really dislike applying nuud with fingers and that’s where our stick comes in.

It just didn’t work for me, I could smell myself a few hours after applying and I found the application messy too. I know people who love it so I was keen to try but it’s just not for me

It didn’t work for me. I tried for a month and It actually made me smell more. Quite disappointed as a friend of mine recommended it to me and has worked for her. Other than that, delivery was good, came on time.

Change of formula - awful now!
I have used Nuud for several years and loved it compared to spray deodorant. However, the last pack I received has not been very good at all. The formula has been changed, resulting in a more watery consistency and less effective product. I am now starting to smell - which never happened previously. Please go back to the original formula or you will be losing me as a customer.

I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately it doesn't work for me.
I had high hopes for this product. I really loved the concept and the eco friendliness of the product but unfortunately, after consistently trying it over the last 1-2 months I can say that it doesn't work for me.
I would have to reapply every day and even then it doesn't last all day.
Glad I gave it a try but I think I will be switching back to the other natural eco brand I used before.
