Simple, easy to use. Didn’t involve any phone time. The only waiting was the passive time taken for the visa to be processed.

You were very patient with my application, when I could not process the last item, and that was transferring the passport photo onto the Visa. I had to wait for my daughter to come back off holiday to help me with it, and as she is a computer programmer she did it in seconds.
