We have been using mole for a while now and at the start our dog who needs grain free etc the wet and dry food used to come really quickly but I would say in the last 6 months even though we order the food in plenty of time we can run out due to the time it takes to send out the food I would also recommend that if there is a delay in one of the products then it would be nice to contact the customer as one time it took nearly 3weeks to receive our order due to the dry food being out of stock but they really should have contacted us and sent out the wet instead but overall the staff are pleasant to deal with and helpful

The items I purchased were shown as in stock at time of ordering and the delivery information stated that delivery would be 3 - 5 working days. A week after placing the order, I had not received any dispatch confirmation so sent a query asking for an update. Within 24 hours I received an automated mail stating my order had been dispatched with a link to track it. The link didn’t work, so I sent another query asking for a new link. The next day I received a response to my initial query to inform me my order would be dispatched that day! The following day I received a response to my second query about the tracking link which included a tracking number. I then received my order later the same day. Overall, the experience was ok as I received my order and the product is good. However, the delivery and communication to customers isn’t so good. I’ve spoken to other people that have ordered from them online and they’ve stated that they have had similar experiences.

I like some of the offers. However, with your mail shot, you have probably been inundated with orders. I did phone up to see when my order would be delivered and was told Tuesday. Todaya is Thursday and I have only reveived bird seed. I had to go out and pourchase a large bag of dog food to get me past Tuesday. When you say 3-5 days (working days) you should not quote a different time. Otherwise I liike the offers, the newsletters etc and have joi9ned for 2 years. Please do not disappoint me (and probably others) again. Thanks.

Website slow. Non-communication re delivery

Website does slow to respond sometimes. Placed a order but no communication as to when goods would be delivered. Fortunately I was in but a pallet of bags of fuel would have been left in the drive for anyone to take. Also I am 75 and had to lug the bags myself about 10 metres to nearer the house for safety as driver would not assist.

Reasonable price

Great. Free delivery for my purchase though I didn’t feel comfortable with the lack of delivery information 3 to 5 days acceptable though information could have been given should delay occur. My delivery was 8 days, on the delivery day I was flooded with emails. Probably best to visit your local store unless bulk purchase

I received what I ordered in the time promised. Thank you. However, the majority of the waterproof trousers in the on-line catalogue had no price! I worked out that these are simply not available. The on-line catalogue needs to be kept up to date and show available items only.

No very impressed

Items ordered seem to arrive on separate carriers usually days apart, no notification. Contact customer service twice now about linking my account as cannot charge to my account when ordering online. No one ever bothers to doing anything about it or get back to me.

Website is not particularly easy, no confirmation of order, there are two mole valley companies that made it even more confusing, I had to telephone to actually confirm my order had been received and was being processed. Although value for money of the product was good.

Disappointed

It would have been acceptable if you had advised me before I had a delivery that you could sippy more of the hanging baskets. This is my first order online with Mole as I am unable at the moment to get to the store. I am very disappointed.

Make sure what you advertise is what the customer gets. I bought 25 kg of wild bird WHOLE peanuts (picture on line clearly showed whole peanuts) and received 25 kg of SPLIT peanuts of poor quality.

Get what you pay for!

The item I bought came scratched and slightly rusty and it said in stock but wasn't dispatched until a week later. The price was better than anywhere else so I suppose you get what you pay for.
