Great choice of designs and styles on the website. I loved the fact that there was an individual choice of sizes, lighting, demysting and additional features so my mirror design was unique to me. The parcel arrived in super quick time and the packaging was absolutely exceptional. Very impressed with this company from start to finish. Mirror 1500mmx 1000mm
Mirrors look great from the front but very impractical to mount. No specific instructions are supplied for the round ones, which are the products I purchased, only the square and rectangular ones. The instructions are pretty generic for the whole range.
The design of the back isn’t very good, leaving all the construction bare and the round, metal template that houses the strip of lights around it is quite sharp and sits flush on the surface of the wall, which marks paintwork as soon as you try to hang them. Very annoying.
I wouldn’t recommend for someone wanting to install their own mirrors that does not have a lot of experience hanging pictures and mirrors.
Front = looks great
Back = poorly designed
This is our second mirror from this company. Although the mirror in itself is beautiful this time around the heated option button is not clear when it is on and when off.... The light remains on whether its on or off it just becomes very slightly darker when on so it is difficult to spot sometimes other then that would highly recommend.

Good, friendly telephone advice prior to ordering on line. Fast delivery in expert packaging. Excellent product - but would be even better if designed with adjustable mountings in case holes drilled in walls are 1mm out!

We have bought a mirror previously from artforma with no issues and liked the product.
We bought another mirror from artforma 18months after the first, I took delivery of the mirror and noticed a slight chip on the bottom right hand corner, I informed artforma of the damage within 24 hours of taking delivery.
They have told me that I damaged the mirror while installing which is untrue. They have refused to send me a replacement mirror or offer a refund.
Very disappointing as spent around £700 pounds on this product and after service is incredibly poor.
I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this company not to and find a local/U.K. supplier that abide by U.K. trading standards.
