Never again. Previously ordered in 2022, order never arrived and took ages to refund me. I really like the product, so tried again 10 days ago, but still haven't had confirmation email. The badges i ordered were supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. Such bad customer service.

So far you have failed to deliver my order within the estimated timescales. I have emailed seeking an update and no one has responded. I have telephoned 3 times this morning and no one is answering, the message says 'send an email'. So I have just done so, but am not confident it will give me an answer today as to where my order is...
