Straightforward. Although not the cheapest, they did have stock where others didn't. The free delivery was a bonus and I was able to take advantage of a 'first time' discount.
A previous order was cancelled when I queries about cancelled ONE element. Now there is doubt that we will receive this laptop in time. Poor customer service!!!!
Please explain properly what the options are and then ask the customer how they wish to proceed rather than decide on their behalf and not tell them!
I have now paid the same amount £1211 for a lesser package, losing £60 in value - not happy.
I buy a laptop a month for work but don't see why I should be back after this experience.
I thought the web site was okay and described the laptops in good detail as well as showing what they looked like. prices were clear and checking out was okay.

The experience was satisfactory. A little bit confused with respect to purchasing a laptop well above £400 which should have entitled me to get office 365 Personal for Free yet did not appear to discount me at checkout. I pressed save now but it did not appear in the checkout procedure.Otherwise I would have given you 5 star rating instead of 4 star.

A few issues using unidays codes - it will sometimes show them as invalid and automatically invalidates them if the page is refreshed. Had to attempt this purchase on 3 different days as there is a wait time of 24 hours to generate a new code.
