A previous order was cancelled when I queries about cancelled ONE element. Now there is doubt that we will receive this laptop in time. Poor customer service!!!!
Please explain properly what the options are and then ask the customer how they wish to proceed rather than decide on their behalf and not tell them!
I have now paid the same amount £1211 for a lesser package, losing £60 in value - not happy.
I buy a laptop a month for work but don't see why I should be back after this experience.

Chromebook power cable
Very happy with purchase procedure.
Glad that a Chromebook power cord still available for one laptop but unfortunately my other Chromebook apparently is now too old for you to be able to supply replacement.
In UK we don't use 'cord' so couldn't find accessory power cable initially!
