Straightforward. Although not the cheapest, they did have stock where others didn't. The free delivery was a bonus and I was able to take advantage of a 'first time' discount.

A previous order was cancelled when I queries about cancelled ONE element. Now there is doubt that we will receive this laptop in time. Poor customer service!!!! Please explain properly what the options are and then ask the customer how they wish to proceed rather than decide on their behalf and not tell them! I have now paid the same amount £1211 for a lesser package, losing £60 in value - not happy. I buy a laptop a month for work but don't see why I should be back after this experience.

Over the last two days I have tried a total of six times to place an online order, without success. Each time the purchase was approved by my card issuers and each time Acer reversed/cancelled the order. I experienced this problem with an online order nearly a year ago - as Acer must be aware of the problem, why hasn't it been fixed? This is very, very poor and completely unacceptable.

Dissapointed

This is my second Acer computer I have purchased (the previous one lasted many years). I just wish it would have been bought to my attention that if I HAD to perform a factory reset ( after contracting a virus). I should have had to pay extra for a recovery device.

£100 off but the further offer does not work

The offer is with £100.00 off but during the purchase there is another offer for 5 pc with the promotional code. This does not work. I would appreciate if you can also apply 5 pc discount and refund the money.

Website unresponsive and continually losing items from basket

we have spent all afternoon trying to order this. Using 4 different browsers and three laptops/pc's . It lost the items placed in basket 5 to 6 times. failed to proceed past the basket to checkout as well.

I have tried to use the code WELCOME10 for 10% discount for my first order. However the order calculation is not calculated correctly, therefore I have to take the second choice WEEKEND5 for 5% discount.

Your webpage is horrendous! I can only see half the screen most of the time because of the voucher code, which remains there even after I have used it. Add-on pop ups are also irritating.

Only 1 discount permitted. Wasn't obvious. Says 1 year free microsoft 365 but once apply student discount that isn't true. Should have made clearer. Wasted over half an hour on this.

I bought a charger for £50 for it to break 9 months later. I have had to buy a new one. It is disgraceful that your products are so poor in quality when they’re so expensive
