Ordered a swimming costume which arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the item did not fit as well as I expected, not a quality issue. I followed the return instructions, which were easy to find and returned the item. I received my refund just as quickly. So five starts for excellent customer service and easy to use website. While the item did not fit the returns process would definitely encourage me to shop here again.

Should be contacted if order is unable to be completed. As mine is still showing as processing a week after I ordered it (when it showed in stock at time of ordering) but the product now shows out of stock online but had no email or phone call to let me know what’s happening

EXCELLENT ,fast , efficient, I've used mail sports now for many years for the whole family's swim needs - club and open water , always really good and responsive if you need advice and call them .
website is sometimes a bit clunky but that might be my fault !

Mailsports answered a question I had quickly and professionally by email. Their staff are all based in the UK, which I appreciate. My order was sent first class Royal Mail. Overall a good experience.
