There is not a better portable, espresso device on the market than the Handpresso pump. I’ve been using them for years and they are durable, lightweight, very easy to travel with and they always provide an excellent cup of espresso. The maker of this product is highly professional and Handpresso customer service is quick to respond with answers to questions. Though I cannot find a seller of Handpresso products here in the USA, I am more than happy to purchase directly from the manufacturer located in France. Handpresso ships their products very quickly, no problems.

You need a UK distributor for parts, as the postage and taxes to import was almost half the price of the part.

Poor delivery, I paid extra for 3 days delivery, but at the end it takes over a week. Even rose, my Handpresso plus stops working after using it for around 10 times.

We're sorry for this bad experience. 3 days delivery is for Europe, it is clearly written during the order process. Your parcel entered customs in HK in 4 days, unfortunately we are not responsible for the customs clearance that depends on the payment of custom fees. We recredited your order today.

Thank you for the non-working coffee machine, even when it arrived there were visible signs that it had been used. But I only wanted it to work today when I put it in the truck, I realized that it was not working. Only the power cable lights up, and it even leaks from somewhere below!! !

All our machines are 100% new and never used; unless clearly stated in the ad as "refurbished" which is not your case. We don't understand why the machine seemed used.
