Words can't adequately express what an excellent, personal, service is always experienced with KSC Crystals, and also the depth of knowledge and unique crystals they have on offer is second to none. For example, I placed an order a couple of weeks back and realised, too late, I'd forgotten to order something for my grand daughter's birthday. I went ahead and made a second order that day and decided to email Keith to see if my two separate orders could be combined, thereby saving on postage. He emailed back very promptly confirming he would combine my orders and carry over the postage to my next order - no problems at all; such service is rare these days.
